Aaron Michael Cunagin, 22, of Middletown, was arrested after "an incident" in the area of Pineford Apartments at 3:36 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, as stated in a release by the Middletown Borough police.
"The incident involved a juvenile under the age of 13 years," police say.
Additional information about the incident was not available at the time of this publication.
Cunagin has been charged with four felonies for Rape of Child, Indecent Assault Person Less than 13 Years of Age, Unlawful Contact With Minor - Sexual Offenses, Corruption Of Minors - Defendant Age 18 or Above, as well as a misdemeanor for Indecent Exposure, court records show.
He has been held in the Dauphin County prison in lieu of $150,000 in bail, according to his court docket.
His preliminary hearing has been scheduled before Magisterial District Judge David H. Judy at 9:15 a.m. on September 7, according to court documents.
